Kia Ora!

My name is Annabel. I live on Kāpiti Coast, an hour away from Wellington.

I am very passionate about neurodiversity and mental health and also the LGBTQ+ community . I believe in people who love who they want to be. I am Neurodiverse. I have Dyspraxia, Dyslexia and (ASD undiagnosed). I look forward to seeing from you, and I look forward to making a difference in today’s society.

I was born and raised in Wellington and have been vision impaired my entire life. My background is in youth engagement and event management, but I’ve always been an advocate for accessibility wherever I am. I discovered I.Lead through my work and I’m excited to now be on the committee!

Tiana Morgan

Tēnā Koutou,

My name is Tiana, but I prefer to go by T and my pronouns are she/her.

I belong to Ngāti Maniapoto and Ngāti Raukawa ki Tonga but grew up in Wellington, later moving to the Kāpiti Coast.

I like to draw and sing -though I don’t think I’m any good- and I am a beginner-intermediate guitarist.

I have Autism and ADHD.

I found out about I.Lead through friends, and decided to join them in hopes that I could help young disabled people to get the educational support I didn’t have access to growing up, because we all deserve to be able to follow our dreams, now matter how impossible it may seem.

I am a Pakeha woman who lives in Wellington and is a mother to a son.

I have an intellectual disability, and I am a creative and kind person. I am also a hardworking person as a security guard and an advocate for my peers. I am developing her leadership skills, and I believe in equal rights and speaking out to make the world fairer.

Mathias bridgman

I live with arthrogryposis and use a wheelchair.

I am passionate about inclusion and ensuring people receive the support they deserve. I believe in lived experience being valued and appreciated.

I am also passionate about transport, hard work and dedication.

When I’m not at I.lead or on other advisory groups, I can be found outside going on adventures, spending time with friends, as well as playing video games and watching the best shows.

Jasmine Copper

COMMITTEE MEMBER

Ki Ora, my name is Jasmine. My pronouns are they/them. I am disabled, chronically ill, neurodivergent, nonbinary and queer.

I am currently a postgraduate distance student at the University Of Waikato, where I am studying towards a Masters in Disability and Inclusion Studies after having completed a Bachelor of Arts and majoring in Development Studies and International Relations at Victoria University Of Wellington. My studies have provided me with knowledge of international human rights law, health policy and social policy, political economics, foreign and humanitarian aid, ableism, disability rights, disability justice and political activism.

I joined the Wellignton I.Lead Commitee in April of 2025, as a means through which to apply my knowledge and skills to disability advocacy and activism. Through my work with I.Lead and my tertiary studies, I hope to be able to learn how to use my voice and share my knowledge and my lived experiences to improve the lives of others and advocate for their rights, their needs, and their wants, for there should be nothing about us without us.
